1985～1990年,我院共收治棉籽油(含棉酚)中毒174例。其中男22女152例,年龄8～61岁,青壮年女性发病最多,均有食用粗制棉籽油史。临床表现恶心、呕吐者76例占43.68%,腹胀腹痛者39例占22.41%,口渴多饮82例占47.13%,多尿夜尿81例占46.54%,每日尿量可多达5000～8000ml,低热者34例占19.54%,各种心律失常15例占8.62%,腱反射减弱或消失162例占93.1%。所有病人均有四肢无力和
From 1985 to 1990, our hospital treated 174 cases of cottonseed oil (gossypol) poisoning. Among them, 22 males and 152 females were aged from 8 to 61 years old. The incidence of young and middle-aged women was the highest, with the history of eating crude cottonseed oil. Clinical manifestations of nausea, vomiting 76 cases accounted for 43.68%, 39 cases of abdominal distension, 39 cases accounted for 22.41%, 82 cases of thirsty polycation 47.13%, polyuria nocturnal 81 cases accounted for 46.54%, daily urine output can be as much as 5000 ~ 8000ml, low fever in 34 cases accounted for 19.54%, a variety of arrhythmia in 15 cases accounted for 8.62%, tendon reflexes disappeared or disappeared 162 cases accounted for 93.1%.
