多维香是由北京市食品研究所研制的一种醋酸菌和酵母菌混合发酵饮料,无任何添加剂,具有菠萝香型、清凉可口,营养丰富,甜酸适度等优点。为正确评价多维香饮料的饮用安全性,我们在小鼠急性实验结果LD_(50)大于1600毫克/公斤体重的基础上对多维香进行了致畸、致突变和微生物诱变作用的实验研究和探讨,以便为安全饮用提供依据。现将致畸部分报告如下:
