为证明维氏气单胞菌灭活疫苗对锦鲤机体的免疫效果,应用福尔马林灭活法制备了维氏气单胞菌灭活疫苗对免疫后的锦鲤进行酸性磷酸酶活力检测、超氧化物歧化酶活力检测、吞噬活力等各项免疫指标的检测,并于试验第5周进行免疫保护力试验。结果显示,酸性磷酸酶活力在试验开始后有所上升,在第2周达到最高;超氧化物歧化酶活力上升,并在第2周达到最高;经观察,第3周开始白细胞的数量增多,吞噬活性同时增大;抗体效价于第3周达到最大值,并持续一段时间;免疫4周后攻菌检测免疫保护力,测得试验组的相对免疫保护率RPS为86.4%。上述结果表明,维氏气单胞菌灭活疫苗能够诱导锦鲤机体产生免疫应答反应,并能形成一定保护力。
In order to prove the immunogenicity of Aeromonas sobria inactivated vaccine against Koi carps, the activated vaccine of Aeromonas sobria was prepared by formalin inactivation method. The activity of acid phosphatase , Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity test, phagocytosis activity and other immune indexes were tested. Immunoprotective test was carried out in the fifth week of the experiment. The results showed that the activity of acid phosphatase increased at the beginning of the experiment and reached the highest at the second week; the activity of superoxide dismutase increased and reached the highest at the second week; the number of white blood cells began to increase from the third week, Phagocytosis activity increased at the same time; the antibody titers reached the maximum value at the third week and lasted for a period of time; after 4 weeks of immunization, the protective immunity of the bacteria was tested, and the relative immune protection RPS of the test group was 86.4%. The above results show that Vaccinonella aeruginosa inactivated vaccine can induce body immune response to produce carp and can form a protective force.
