研究多药耐药相关蛋白基因(MRPmRNA)的表达与喉癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:应用逆转录一多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术,检测了35例喉癌患者MRPmRNA的表达。结果:喉癌组织中MRPmRNA阳性表达率为45.7%(16/35),其阳性表达强度在晚期肿瘤中明显增高(P<0.05),且与肿瘤颈淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.01)。结论:MRPmRNA在喉癌中的表达,不仅提示其在多药耐药中的重要作用,亦影响肿瘤播散、转移等生物学特性。
To study the relationship between the expression of multidrug resistance-related protein (MRP mRNA) and the clinicopathological characteristics of laryngeal cancer patients. Methods: The expression of MRP mRNA in 35 cases of laryngeal cancer patients was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: The positive expression rate of MRP mRNA in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was 45.7% (16/35). The positive expression of MRP mRNA in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher in advanced stage tumors (P <0.05) and significantly correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The expression of MRP mRNA in laryngeal carcinoma not only indicates its important role in MDR, but also affects the biological characteristics of tumor dissemination and metastasis.
