3种灭螺药物枯水期喷洒法和撒粉法灭螺效果

目的观察5%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐颗粒、4%螺威粉剂(TDS)和50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂(WPN)3种灭螺药物枯水期在湖沼地区采用不同方法的现场灭螺效果,为选择安全、高效的灭螺药物和方法提供依据。方法选择钉螺密度较高的有螺环境,将3种灭螺药物分别按5%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐颗粒30 g/m2、TDS 6 g/m2、WPN 2 g/m2的浓度,采用喷洒法和撒粉法灭螺,比较3种灭螺药物施药后3、7、15 d的灭螺效果。结果施药后15 d,3种药物采用喷洒法灭螺的钉螺校正死亡率分别为79.00%、82.29%、84.83%,采用撒粉法的钉螺校正死亡率分别为97.42%、95.27%、96.62%,撒粉法效果优于喷洒法。结论撒粉法较喷洒法灭螺效果好,该方法可在湖沼地区秋季退水后推广应用。 OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of 3 kinds of molluscicides, 4% spirulina powder (TDS) and 50% niclosamide ethanolamine salt wettable powder (WPN) for controlling molluscicides in dry season in the lakeshore region. Effect, to provide a basis for selecting safe and effective molluscicidal drugs and methods. Methods The snails with high density of snails were selected and the three molluscicides were sprayed at 5 g / m2, TDS 6 g / m2 and WPN 2 g / Scattering method to eliminate snail, comparing 3 kinds of snail drug application 3,7,15 d after the snail effect. Results On the 15th day after application, the corrected mortalities of the three species of snails treated with spraying were 79.00%, 82.29% and 84.83%, respectively. The corrected mortalities of the snails using the powdering method were 97.42%, 95.27% and 96.62% , Dusting method is better than spraying method. Conclusion The dusting method is better than the spraying method in eliminating snails. This method can be widely applied in the lagoon area after returning to the water in autumn.
