笔者通过对我国农村人力资源开发的重要性分析,简略描述台州在农村人力资源开发中的弊病,提出台州农民学院在农村人力资源开发中的经验总结。其中,围绕台州农民学院建立的主要机制提出了五条主要的实践措施,并综合阐述了在此机制和措施下台州农民学院进行农村人力资源开发后的主要成效,为后续农村人力资源开发研究提供了实践参考。
Through the analysis of the importance of the development of human resources in rural areas of our country, the author briefly describes the shortcomings of Taizhou in the development of human resources in rural areas and puts forward the experience of Taizhou farmers’ college in the development of rural human resources. Among them, five major practical measures are put forward around the main mechanism established by Taizhou Farmer’s College.
