目的初步评价诺舒(NovaSure)阻抗控制子宫内膜去除术治疗子宫异常出血患者的远期临床疗效。方法对首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院和佑安医院2011年1月至2015年2月接受NovaSure子宫内膜去除术的199例患者进行随访,并进行回顾性分析。结果手术总有效率为97.9%,术后2年闭经率69.4%;贫血纠正率为70.3%;痛经缓解率86.7%;二次手术率为4.8%;总满意率97.3%。有2例子宫内膜癌I期患者因严重肝病、凝血功能障碍行NovaSure子宫内膜去除术,术后至今无异常阴道出血,无复发及转移。结论 NovaSure子宫内膜去除术治疗子宫异常出血是长期、安全、有效的,无明显远期并发症,远期效果满意。
Objective To evaluate the long-term clinical efficacy of NovaSure impedance-controlled endometrial ablation in the treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 199 patients who underwent NovaSure endometrial ablation from Beijing Tiantan Hospital and You’an Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2011 to February 2015 were followed up and analyzed retrospectively. Results The total operative efficiency was 97.9%, the rate of postmenopausal menstruation was 69.4% at 2 years, the rate of anemia was 70.3%, the rate of dysmenorrhea was 86.7%, the rate of secondary operation was 4.8% and the total satisfaction rate was 97.3%. There are 2 cases of endometrial cancer patients with stage I due to severe liver disease, coagulation dysfunction NovaSure endometrial ablation, no abnormal vaginal bleeding postoperative so far, no recurrence and metastasis. Conclusions NovaSure endometrial ablation for the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding is long-term, safe and effective, with no obvious long-term complications and long-term results.
