煤矿井下开采新的工作面之前,为了预防瓦斯突出,必须“先抽后采”。抽排系统的抽排泵在启动及运行过程中需及时调节排放流量,以保证出口瓦斯量在允许的范围内。本文介绍了一种以 FPGA 芯片为主控芯片,采用增量式 PID 算法的瓦斯浓度控制器,并给出了 FPGA 仿真,达到了预期的控制效果,解决了现有井下抽排系统中经常出现的瓦斯超限问题,提高了系统的控制精度、安全性及可靠性。
