我国社会结构转型使整个社会对工会的作用产生新的期望,工会改革是转型期劳动关系研究的重要组成部分。本文以此为背景,介绍和分析工会系统普遍流行的工会干部职业化现象,以及对劳动关系主体结构的影响。
The transformation of China’s social structure has given new expectations to the entire society for the role of trade unions. Trade union reform is an important part of the study on labor relations in the transition period. Based on this background, this article introduces and analyzes the phenomenon of professionalization of trade unionists and their influence on the structure of labor relations.
