目的比较不同加工方法对杜仲多糖含量的影响,为建立和完善杜仲的合理产地加工提供科学依据。方法以葡萄糖为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定杜仲多糖含量。结果不同加工方法对杜仲多糖含量有影响:同一干燥方法,杜仲发汗与未发汗多糖量存在显著差异,未发汗杜仲高于发汗杜仲;同一性状,不同干燥方法,微波干燥后晒干和烘干多糖量与阴干和晒干存在显著差异,多糖量以微波干燥10 min后晒干最高;不同性状,微波干燥10 min后晒干多糖量板片状与宽丝状存在显著差异,板片状高于宽丝状。结论临床应用如以杜仲多糖的生物活性为主,建议杜仲采用板片状、不发汗,微波辅助干燥后晒干的加工方法。
