为了解决火箭橇刹车系统工作时的非稳态特性在流场分析中难以采用相对运动理论及迎风阻力的算法问题,采用Fluent动网格技术对缆绳水刹车以及戽斗水刹车进行了非稳态工况仿真计算研究,得到了缆绳水刹车的刹车力特性曲线以及戽斗水刹车的刹车力随时间变化曲线,缆绳刹车仿真结果与理论解析结果进行了对比吻合较好。戽斗水刹车进行了仿真和试验值对比,结果表明水戽斗在750m/s速度下仿实误差为3.92%,在590m/s时仿实误差为6.01%,该计算为火箭橇刹车工程设计提供了算法参考。
In order to solve the unsteady characteristics of rocket brake system, it is difficult to apply the theory of relative motion and windward resistance in the flow field analysis. Fluent dynamic grid technology is applied to the unsteady state of cable water brake and bucket water brake Simulation results show that the brake curve of the cable water brake and the brake force of the brake water of the brake bucket vary with time.
