目的 检验蝓贝爽咽梅中所含蛞蝓、浙贝母等中草药对口腔咽喉常见病原菌的杀菌性能及可能毒性。方法 以不同浓度混悬液对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型链球菌、甲型草绿色链球菌、白色念珠菌作用几个时间段 ;草珊瑚含片作为对照。按毒性安全性评价标准对浸制乌梅所用中草药浸制液进行毒性评价。结果 1∶10稀释的蝓贝爽咽梅药液对以上几种病原菌作用 10min杀菌率分别达 98.74 %、10 0 %、10 0 %、5 1.70 %。同浓度稀释的草珊瑚药液作用 10min的杀菌率分别为 6 2 .33%、5 7.4 4%、6 2 .4 7%、4 4.5 6 %。蝓贝爽咽梅药液与草珊瑚药液对 4种细菌杀菌效果用统计学分析对比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 0 1)。毒性试验验证蝓贝爽咽梅无毒性。结论 蝓贝爽咽梅对口腔咽喉常见病原菌有较强的杀菌效果 ,杀菌性能优于草珊瑚含片 ;对皮肤粘膜无刺激性 ,对人体无毒副作用
Objective To examine the bactericidal performance and possible toxicity of Chinese herbal medicines including Chinese wolfberry and Fritillaria spp. Methods Suspension of different concentrations of Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus viridans Streptococcus, and Candida albicans were used for several periods of time. The grass coral lozenges served as controls. Toxicity evaluation was performed on the infusions of Chinese herbs used in soaking ebony according to the toxicity safety evaluation standards. Results The bactericidal effect of 1∶10 dilution of Mussel Shuangyanmei liquid on the above pathogenic bacteria for 10 minutes reached 98.74%, 100%, 100%, 51.70%, respectively. The bactericidal rates of 10 min after dilution with the concentration of schisandra coral were 62.333%, 57.44%, 62.47%, 44.56%, respectively. There was a statistically significant difference in the bactericidal efficacy of the four bactericidal effects between the mussel shellfish and the Phalaenopsis liquid (P < 0.01). Toxicity tests confirmed that the mussels were not toxic. Conclusion The mussels have good bactericidal effect on common pathogens of oral cavity and throat. The bactericidal performance is better than that of grass coral tablets. No irritation to skin and mucous membrane, no toxic side effects to human body.
