家电下乡政策是深入贯彻落实科学发展观、积极扩大内需的重要举措,是财政和贸易政策的创新突破。本文结合湖北省赤壁市正在开展的家电下乡工作,就家电下乡初期运行状况,以及工作中存在的问题作初步探讨,并提出进一步贯彻落实家电下乡政策的对策与建议。 Policy of home appliances to the countryside is an important measure to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development and actively expand domestic demand. It is an innovative breakthrough in fiscal and trade policies. Based on the work of home appliances going to the countryside in Chibi, Hubei Province, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the initial operating conditions of home appliances going to the countryside and the problems existing in the work, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for further implementing the policies of home appliances going to the countryside.
