2006年3月1日,距离公布2005年年报的法定日期不到一个月,万科在北京精心安排了一个新公司挂版仪式,宣布与朝阳城市建设综合开发公司合资成立“北京市朝阳万科房地产开发有限公司”(以下简称“朝万公司”),万科占60%股份,朝阳区国资委持有另外40%的股权,业界一片哗然。等到2005年报公布,万科更明白无误地向外界传达了2006 年的发展策略:将由2005年“谨慎进取”变为“快速扩张”!
On March 1, 2006, less than a month before the statutory date of the publication of the 2005 annual report, Vanke carefully arranged a new company hang-up ceremony in Beijing, announcing the joint venture with Chaoyang City Construction Development Co., Ltd. “Beijing Chaoyang Vanke Real Estate Development” Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhaowan Company”), China Vanke accounted for 60% of the shares, Chaoyang District, SASAC held another 40% of the shares, the industry was a loss. After the publication of the 2005 annual report, Vanke more clearly communicated to the outside world the 2006 development strategy: it will be changed from “prudent and enterprising” in 2005 to “rapidly expanding”!
