目的:探讨宫颈炎和宫颈癌组织中CNX、HSP90、GRP94蛋白和HPV16感染在维吾尔族和汉族妇女中的表达及相关关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法和PCR技术检测宫颈炎组织66例(汉族39例,维吾尔族27例)以及宫颈癌组织92例(汉族30例,维吾尔族62例)中CNX、HSP90、GRP94蛋白的表达和HPV16的感染情况。结果:CNX蛋白在维、汉宫颈癌组织中的阳性率低于维、汉宫颈炎组织中阳性率表达(67.39%,86.36%)(P<0.05)。并且,CNX蛋白的阳性率在宫颈炎组织中维吾尔族高于汉族(100%,76.92%)(P<0.05)。HSP90和GRP94蛋白在维、汉宫颈癌组织中的阳性率表达高于维、汉宫颈炎组织(77.17%,56.06%;77.17%,60.60%)(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中HSP90蛋白阳性率表达维吾尔族低于汉族(74.19%,83.33%)(P<0.05)。HPV16感染在宫颈炎及宫颈癌中的阳性率均为维吾尔族高于汉族(P<0.05)。通过相关性研究发现,在维吾尔族妇女宫颈癌组织中HSP90与GRP94呈正相关性(r=0.249,P<0.05)。HSP90蛋白的阳性表达率与HPV16型感染在宫颈癌组织中呈显著正相关(r=0.361,P<0.05)。结论:通过对CNX、HSP90、GRP94蛋白和HPV16联合检测能提高宫颈癌的检出率。
Objective: To investigate the expression and correlation of CNX, HSP90, GRP94 protein and HPV16 infection in cervicitis and cervical cancer in Uighur and Han women. Methods: The expressions of CNX, HSP90 and GRP94 proteins in 66 cases of cervicitis (39 Han cases, 27 Uygur cases) and 92 cases of cervical cancer tissues (30 Han cases and 62 Uygur cases) were detected by immunohistochemical SP method and PCR technique. Expression and HPV16 infection. Results: The positive rate of CNX protein in cervical cancer tissues was lower than that in Victoria and Han cervicitis tissues (67.39%, 86.36%) (P <0.05). Moreover, the positive rate of CNX protein was higher in Uterine cervicitis than in Han (100%, 76.92%) (P <0.05). The positive rate of HSP90 and GRP94 protein expression in cervical cancer in Victoria and Han was significantly higher than that in Victoria and Han (77.17%, 56.06%; 77.17%, 60.60%) (P <0.05). The positive rate of HSP90 protein in cervical cancer was lower than that in Han nationality (74.19%, 83.33%) (P <0.05). The positive rates of HPV16 infection in cervicitis and cervical cancer were higher in Uighur than Han (P <0.05). Through the correlation study, we found that there is a positive correlation between HSP90 and GRP94 in Uigur women (r = 0.249, P <0.05). The positive rate of HSP90 protein expression was positively correlated with HPV16 infection in cervical cancer (r = 0.361, P <0.05). Conclusion: Combined detection of CNX, HSP90, GRP94 protein and HPV16 can improve the detection rate of cervical cancer.
