目的探讨三级网络服务平台构建在冠心病随访管理中的应用价值。方法随机选择2014年10月—2015年10月住院确诊的冠心病患者300例作为研究对象,用随机排列表法分为观察组和对照组,每组150例。观察组患者采用网络平台随访方法及健康教育,对照组只接受一般卫生宣教。观察收集二组患者6个月后的血脂、血压、体重等生化指标,并进行遵医行为问卷调查。结果随访6个月后,观察组患者TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、血压、BMI指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者遵医行为(包括服药依从性、合理饮食、戒烟限酒、定期复查、心理稳定)的评价结果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过网络服务平台的构建,患者的遵医率明显提高,对改善患者远期预后和生活质量具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the application value of three-level network service platform in the follow-up management of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 300 CHD patients diagnosed in hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. Patients in observation group were followed up by internet platform and health education. Control group only received general health education. The biochemical indexes such as blood lipid, blood pressure and body weight were collected after 6 months of collecting the two groups of patients and questionnaires were followed up. Results After six months of follow-up, the indexes of TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, blood pressure and BMI in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05) Including medication adherence, reasonable diet, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, regular review, psychological stability) were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Through the construction of network service platform, the compliance rate of patients is obviously improved, which is of great value to improve long-term prognosis and quality of life of patients.
