“5S”管理模式包括整理(SEIRI)、整顿(SETION)、清扫(SEIESO)、清洁(SEIKETSU)、素养(SHITSUKE)。“5S”是现代企业中的一种先进管理模式,通过规范的现场管理提升员工素养,从而提高工作质量和效益。在数控实训教学中实施“5S”管理模式,要根据实训教学计划及教学过程分出侧重点,分步进行,各个环节又相互影响、促进。一、“5S”管理模式在数控实训教学中的组织实施 “5S ” Management modes include SEIRI, SETION, SEIESO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE. “5S ” is an advanced management mode in the modern enterprise. Through standard on-site management, it improves staff’s literacy so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the work. Implementation of “5S ” management mode in NC training teaching should be based on actual training teaching plan and teaching process to separate the focus, step by step, all aspects and influence and promote each other. First, “5S ” management mode in the numerical control training teaching organization and implementation
