研究果表明:2mg/kgCd能引起母鼠出现轻微中毒症状及体重减轻,胚胎死亡率明显增高。8mg/kgCd引起胚胎生长发育迟缓,畸形发生率明显高于对照组,胎盘重量减轻。1及2mg/kgCd引起F_1代仔鼠个别行为指标异常,4mg/kgCd引起F_1代仔鼠存活力明显降低、体格及行为发育迟缓。4mg/kgCd染毒孕鼠孕晚期尿蛋白明显高于对照组,而生后3周仔鼠的肾功能未见明显改变。
The results show that: 2mg / kgCd can cause mild symptoms of poisoning and weight loss in mother rats, embryo mortality was significantly higher. 8mg / kgCd caused embryonic growth retardation, deformity was significantly higher than the control group, placental weight loss. 1 and 2mg / kgCd caused abnormal behavior of F1 offspring pupils, 4mg / kgCd caused F_1 offspring pups significantly decreased viability, physical and behavioral retardation. Urinary protein in pregnant women with 4 mg / kg Cd dosed in the third trimester was significantly higher than that in the control group, while no significant changes were found in the kidney function of the offspring after 3 weeks.
