观察正常妊娠组(NGT)、葡萄糖耐量受损组(IGT)及GDM组血清TNF-α、Fbg以及OGTT结果,并计算HOMA-IR,ISOGTT,ΔI60/ΔG60。结果:与NGT、IGT组比较,GDM组妊娠中期血清TNF-α、Fbg、HOMA-IR,ISOGTT,ΔI60/ΔG60值明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0·01)。血清TNF-α、Fbg与HOMA-IR,ISOGTT,ΔI60/ΔG60值呈显著正相关(P<0·01)。结论:TNF-α、Fbg等炎症因子是妊娠期糖尿病发生、发展的重要影响因素。
The levels of TNF-α, Fbg and OGTT in normal pregnancy group, IGT group and GDM group were observed, and HOMA-IR, ISOGTT and ΔI60 / ΔG60 were calculated. Results: Compared with NGT and IGT group, the serum levels of TNF-α, Fbg, HOMA-IR, ISOGTT and ΔI60 / ΔG60 were significantly increased in the second trimester of pregnancy in GDM group (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between serum TNF-α, Fbg and HOMA-IR, ISOGTT, ΔI60 / ΔG60 (P <0.01). Conclusion: Inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and Fbg are important factors in the occurrence and development of gestational diabetes mellitus.
