对水库涵洞内工作环境和条件进行检测，对数据加以分析，探寻水库涵洞环境恶化的原因。提出制订涵洞内作业的安全卫生规章，减少伤亡事故发生。
The working environment and conditions in the culvert were tested, and the data were analyzed to find out the reasons for the deterioration of the culvert environment. Proposed the development of safety and health regulations within the culvert operation to reduce the occurrence of casualties.
