BZ25-1油田在钻进过程中存在的一个突出问题就是钻头破碎的钻屑在环行空间中积累形成团聚状的泥块或泥球,泥球导致井下环空间隙变窄,起下钻不畅通,给钻井作业造成很大困难。因此,尽快研究出抑制钻屑形成泥球的有效方法,是目前急待解决的问题。本文针对解决钻屑起球问题,经过多次筛选和复配,研制出一种新型防粘结剂PF-DMJ。并通过多次室内实验,评价其在般土浆、井浆、PEC浆中的防粘结效果,最终以解决现场打井过程中泥球生成问题。
