为了对中小学教师职业枯竭量表进行验证性因素分析,抽样山东省的371名小学教师完成了教师职业枯竭量表。结果中小学教师职业枯竭量表的CronBachα系数为0.914。但总量表、非人性化分量表、认知枯竭分量表的结构不是很理想。总量表的模型拟合指标为:χ2/df=3.774,SRMR=0.099,RMESA=0.100,NNFI=0.75,IFI=0.77,CFI=0.77;非人性化量表的模型拟合指标为:χ2/df=14.379,SRMR=0.12,RMESA=0.22,NNFI=0.56,IFI=0.71,CFI=0.71;认知枯竭分量表拟合指标为χ2/df=7.059,SRMR=0.076,RMESA=0.14,NNFI=0.81,IFI=0.85,CFI=0.85。因此,该量表在以后研究中需要进一步调整结构。
In order to carry on the confirmatory factor analysis to the occupational exhaustion scale of primary and middle school teachers, 371 primary school teachers in Shandong province completed the teacher’s occupational exhaustion scale. Results The Cronbach’s coefficient of primary and secondary school occupational exhaustion scale was 0.914. However, the total scale, non-human scale, cognitive exhaustion scale structure is not very satisfactory. The model fitting indexes of the total scale were χ2 / df = 3.774, SRMR = 0.099, RMESA = 0.100, NNFI = 0.75, IFI = 0.77 and CFI = 0.77. The model fitting indexes of inhuman scale were χ2 / The fitting index of cognitive depletion subscale was χ2 / df = 7.059, SRMR = 0.076, RMESA = 0.14, NNFI = 0.81 , IFI = 0.85, CFI = 0.85. Therefore, the scale in the future study requires further adjustment of the structure.
