为了考察通用多级内燃机油的低温冷起动性能,受国家内燃机油攻关组委托,于1993年12月在人工冷库内利用4种车型对选自不同炼油厂和研究单位的7个通用多级内燃机油进行了低温冷起动试验。结果表明,所有试油在根据粘度牌号确定的试验温度下均具良好的低温冷起动性能和泵送性能。同时发现,在低温环境下,发动机油低温表观粘度(CCS粘度)在一定范围内与发动机起动转速之间没有明显的对应关系,即CCS粘度越小,发动机起动转速不一定越高。
In order to investigate the general low-temperature cold start performance of multi-stage internal combustion engine oil, commissioned by the National Internal Combustion Engine Oil Research Group, in December 1993 in the artificial refrigerator using four kinds of models selected from different refineries and research units of seven general-purpose multi-stage internal combustion engine Oil was cold start test. The results show that all test oils have good low-temperature cold-start performance and pumping performance at the test temperature determined according to the viscosity grade. At the same time, it is found that at low temperature, there is no obvious corresponding relationship between apparent viscosity (CCS viscosity) of engine oil and engine starting speed within a certain range. That is, the smaller the CCS viscosity is, the higher the engine starting speed is.
