研究者对大功率发光二极管的性能改善和可靠性方面做了大量的研究,针对影响器件性能的环境条件做了众多实验。本文针对环境温度与驱动电流对功率较大的发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称LED)的光效以及热阻的影响做了研究得出,大功率的LED热阻值Rjs随着驱动电流的增加而增大;同时,热阻值Rjs随着环境温度的升高而增大。除此之外,通过实验还可以表明,大功率的发光二极管的光效随着环境温度和驱动电流的上升而下降。
Researchers have done a great deal of research on the performance improvement and reliability of high-power LEDs, and have done many experiments on the environmental conditions that affect the performance of the devices. In this paper, the effect of ambient temperature and driving current on the light efficiency and thermal resistance of a light-emitting diode (Light Emitting Diode) is studied. It is found that the high-power LED thermal resistance Rjs increases with the increase of the driving current And increase; at the same time, the thermal resistance Rjs increases with the ambient temperature. In addition, experiments show that the luminous efficacy of high-power LEDs decreases with increasing ambient temperature and drive current.
