以航空燃气涡轮发动机中密布小孔的涡轮冷却叶片为对象,将试验研究与有限元数值分析有机结合,建立了一种新的可准确算出上述叶片振动特性的混合法。在大量试验分析的基础上,得到了小孔排列方式和开孔率对叶片固有振动频率的影响规律,并用数学函数表示出来。运用等效概念,提出等效准则,将小孔效应用等效参数表示,并引入有限元数值分析中,得到了满意的计算结果,与试验数据十分吻合,相对误差约为3.4%。
Taking the turbine cooling vane with dense holes in the gas turbine engine as an object, a new hybrid method that can accurately calculate the vibration characteristics of the vane is established by combining the experimental research with the numerical analysis of the finite element method. On the basis of a large number of experiments and analysis, the rules of the arrangement of holes and the hole opening rate on the inherent vibration frequency of the blade are obtained and expressed by the mathematical function. Equivalent concept is proposed and equivalent criterion is proposed. The equivalent effect of the hole effect is expressed by equivalent parameters and introduced into the finite element numerical analysis. The satisfactory results are obtained, which are in good agreement with the experimental data. The relative error is about 3.4%.
