运用比较药理学方法研究了生物牛黄中间体与天然牛黄、人工牛黄在抗病毒及对家兔血液流变学指标影响方面的不同。结果显示,生物牛黄中间体以25、50、100mg/kg体质量及人工牛黄50mg/kg体质量灌胃给药的大鼠含药血清,灭活后,在10倍稀释的情况下,在鸡胚成纤维细胞上使新城疫系疫苗毒的TCID50升高1个滴度;生理盐水组、天然牛黄50mg/kg体质量组10倍稀释大鼠含药血清,灭活后,在鸡胚成纤维细胞上使新城疫系疫苗毒的TCID50降低1.5个滴度。生物牛黄中间体以25、50、100mg/kg体质量灌胃给药,可明显降低高分子右旋糖酐所致“血瘀”家兔的血沉值、血沉方程K值和红细胞聚集指数;天然牛黄50mg/kg体质量组对血沉值和血沉方程K值具有显著降低作用;人工牛黄50mg/kg体质量组对血沉值具有显著降低作用。
The use of comparative pharmacological methods to study the differences between biological bezoar intermediates and natural bezoar and artificial bezoar in the antiviral and rabbit hemorheological parameters. The results showed that the biological bezoar intermediates were intragastrically administered to rat serum containing 25, 50, 100 mg/kg body weight and artificial bovine 50 mg/kg body weight. After inactivation, they were diluted at 10 times in chickens. The TCID50 of Newcastle disease vaccine virus was increased by 1 titer on embryonic fibroblasts; the serum containing 10 mg of natural bezoar 50 mg/kg body weight was diluted by physiological saline and inactivated in chicken embryo fibroblasts. The TCID50 of the Newcastle disease vaccine virus was reduced by 1.5 titers on the cells. The biological bezoar intermediates were intragastrically administered at body weights of 25, 50, and 100 mg/kg, which can significantly reduce the blood sedimentation value, the blood sedimentation rate K value, and the erythrocyte aggregation index of rabbits with blood stasis induced by polymer dextran; natural bezoar 50 mg/ The body weight of the kg group had a significant reduction effect on the ESR value and the K value of the blood sedimentation equation; the artificial cattle bezoar 50mg/kg body weight group had a significant reduction effect on the ESR value.
