近年来,卟啉类试剂已引起人们的广泛注视。由于大环卟啉络合物具有灵敏度高、稳定性好的特点,因而各种水溶性卟啉以及水不溶性卟啉均已被试验作为分光光度法测定Cu(Ⅱ)的灵敏试剂。在萤光分析方面,利用水溶性卟啉作为萤光法测定Cu(Ⅱ)的试剂也已有报导,但是水不溶性卟啉在萤光分析上的应用尚未被研究。众所周知,水不溶性卟啉容易合成与纯化,且通常可增溶在表面活性剂的胶束中。本文的工作是以乳化剂OP作为表面活性剂,利用Cu(Ⅱ)对四苯基卟啉(TPP)萤光的熄灭作用,建立了测定微量铜的萤光分析方法并应用于食用面粉中微量铜的测定,获得较满意的结果。
