在各种螺纹防松装置中,对顶双螺母防松具有安装迅速,拆卸方便等优点,因而是机械没备中常用的防松措施。然而,在设备受冲击、振动或变载荷等因素影响时,预紧力发生了变化,防止螺纹松动的摩擦阻力可能减小或瞬时消失,螺纹失去自锁而松脱。为此我们研制了凹凸双螺母防松装置,见附图,现介绍如下: 1.结构及特点 凹凸双螺母的凸螺母上带有锥套,并沿轴向开有一条与锥套等长的缝隙(缝隙宽度大于螺纹副最大间隙),锥套根部加工出一道深槽。当锥套锥面受径向力作用时锥套可作径向移位,成“抱箍”状。凹螺母上具有与银套等长度等锥度的孔圈。孔圈小端直径C=B—d(B—锥套小端直径;d一调整量,其值略大于螺纹副最大间隙并圆整)。
In a variety of threaded anti-loose device, the anti-loosening of the top double nut has the advantages of quick installation and convenient disassembly, and is therefore a commonly used anti-loosening measure in machinery. However, when the equipment is affected by impact, vibration or variable load, the pretightening force changes to prevent the frictional resistance of loose thread from decreasing or disappearing instantaneously, and the thread loses its self-locking and loose. To this end, we developed a convex and anti-double nut anti-loose device, see the drawings, are described as follows: 1.
