史密斯先生是美国一家大公司的职员,有一次出差到欧洲的几个国家进行商务洽谈。出差前,史密斯先生拨打了援助中心提供的对方付费咨询电话,询问有关所去国家的入境手续、天气及旅馆住宿情况。史密斯先生首先去了英国,逗留几天后,转程去法国,由于他不懂法语,所以无论是出门购物还是外出办事,他都感到举步维艰,异常不便。于是史密斯先生又一次拨打了援助中心的电话,
Mr. Smith is a staff member of a large U.S. company and has been on a business trip to several countries in Europe for business talks. Prior to his business trip, Mr. Smith called the other paid counseling number provided by the Assistance Center to inquire about immigration clearance, weather and hotel accommodation in the country where he was traveling. Mr Smith first went to England, and after a few days of stay, he made a journey to France. Because he did not understand French, he felt that he was struggling and exceptionally inconvenient in his shopping or going out for business. So Mr. Smith called the aid center again,
