目的:通过对线叶龙胆的生药鉴定学研究,为不同产地线叶龙胆的生药鉴别与开发利用提供理论依据。方法:对线叶龙胆进行植物来源鉴定、药材性状鉴定、显微鉴别、理化鉴定。结果:不同产地供试药材均为同一种植物线叶龙胆,其药材性状无明显差别;全草粉末中均含有念珠状增厚的表皮细胞、非腺毛、花瓣乳头状细胞、花粉粒和花柱碎片;叶(花)表皮细胞多为矩形,排列整齐规则;经薄层色谱检测,药材提取物供试品与对照品在相同的位置上,显出相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论:不同产地线叶龙胆药材无明显差异,其粉末显微特征无明显差异,通过薄层色谱分析可知,不同产地的线叶龙胆中均含有龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苦苷。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a theoretical basis for the identification and development of crude drug of Radix Gentianae from different habitats through the identification of crude drug identification of Radix Gentianae. Methods: Identification of the source of plant, identification of medicinal materials, microscopic identification and physical and chemical identification of gentian line. Results: The medicinal materials from different areas were all the same plant Gentiana scabra, and the medicinal properties had no significant difference. The whole plant powder contained rosette thickening epidermic cells, non-glandular trichomes, petal papillary cells, pollen grains and Style fragments; leaf (flower) epidermal cells mostly rectangular, arranged in neat rules; by TLC, medicinal herbs for the test and reference substance in the same position, showing the same color fluorescent spots. CONCLUSION: There is no significant difference in the gentian herbs from different habitats, and there is no significant difference in the microscopic characteristics of the powder. According to the thin-layer chromatographic analysis, gentiopicroside and swertia glycosides are contained in the gentian of different habitats.
