振动机械的振源形式,按其发展先后为:①曲柄连杆式;②电磁振动式;③迥转偏心式。使用较早的曲柄连杆式振动机械,因其机构复杂,弹簧刚度一定,操作中无法调整激振力,效率低,噪声大。其后发展的电磁振动式机构虽简单,噪声也很大,也无法调整激振力以适应负荷的变化,这样,它的能源消耗大。这两种激振源的振动机械在国外已日趋淘汰,代之而起的迥转偏心式,多年以来已被广泛应用于各种振动机械,其中又以振动电机作振源的为佳。 Vibration machine vibration source form, according to its development has: ① crank connecting rod; ② electromagnetic vibration; ③ turn to eccentric. Vibration machines of these two kinds of excitation sources have been increasingly eliminated in foreign countries, and replaced by eccentricities that have been replaced by them over the years. For many years, these machines have been widely used in various kinds of vibration machines, of which vibration motor is the preferred vibration source.
