目的:研究痛泻要方及防风对肠上皮Caco-2细胞屏障功能的影响。方法:应用蛋白酶激活受体2(PAR-2)激动剂(胰蛋白酶)诱导Caco-2细胞建立肠上皮细胞屏障功能障碍模型,以跨膜电阻(TEER)和荧光黄透过率为指标,评价其屏障通透性。分别给予含痛泻要方原方、痛泻要方无防风方、防风的血清研究药物对Caco-2细胞屏障通透性的影响。结果:痛泻要方和防风均显著升高Caco-2细胞屏障的TEER值,降低细胞屏障荧光黄透过率(P<0.05),痛泻要方无防风方对上述指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:痛泻要方及防风对肠上皮Caco-2细胞屏障起保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Tongxie Yaofang and windbreak on the barrier function of intestinal epithelial Caco-2 cells. Methods: The intestinal epithelial cell barrier dysfunction was induced by PAR-2 agonist (trypsin) in Caco-2 cells. The transmembrane resistance (TEER) and fluorescence yellow transmittance Its barrier permeability. Results: Tongye Yao Fang and windproof significantly increased the TEER value of Caco-2 cell barrier and decreased the fluorescence yellow transmittance of cell barrier (P <0.05). Tongye Yao Fang Fang Fang Fang Fang had no significant effect on these indexes (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Tong Xie Yao Fang and wind-proof protective effect on intestinal Caco-2 cell barrier.
