目的研究对粟粒性肺结核和浸润性肺结核患者的临床特点进行比较分析.方法抽选出本院在2014~2019年收治的粟粒性肺结核和浸润性肺结核患者共80例,其中粟粒性肺结核患者40例为

目的研究对粟粒性肺结核和浸润性肺结核患者的临床特点进行比较分析.方法抽选出本院在2014~2019年收治的粟粒性肺结核和浸润性肺结核患者共80例,其中粟粒性肺结核患者40例为粟粒性组,浸润性肺结核患者40例为浸润性组,然后观察比对两组患者的临床表现特征和各项检测指标.结果在临床表现上,粟粒性组的患者在咳嗽和气短上明显低于浸润性组的患者,但在发热情况上明显高于浸润性组的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).在两组的各项检测指标上,粟粒性组的患者在白细胞计数、总胆红素和中性粒细胞百分比上都明显高于浸
