对高风温热风炉热风管系的设计理念进行了探讨。结合某高炉顶燃式热风炉热风管系改造设计实践,重点阐明了“无应力”和“低应力”两种典型的热风管系设计的特点。认为,合理的热风管系设计,应遵循“低应力,有序约束、可控位移,合理耐材设计”原则,从传热分析、应力分析和位移分析入手,综合考虑管道、拉杆、支座和波纹管配置,以及耐材的匹配,同时监控主要承力件及耐材的制造和施工质量,从根本上保证热风管系的稳定、长寿。
The design concept of hot air duct of high wind temperature hot blast stove was discussed. Combined with the design practice of the hot blast piping system for a blast furnace top-fired hot blast stove, the characteristics of two typical hot blast piping designs, “no stress” and “low stress”, are elaborated. According to the principle of heat transfer analysis, stress analysis and displacement analysis, considering the principle of “low stress, orderly restraint, controlled displacement and reasonable refractory design” , Support and bellows configuration, as well as matching of refractory materials, while monitoring the main bearing and refractory material manufacturing and construction quality, fundamentally guarantee the stability of hot air pipe system, longevity.
