企业文化是1981年美国人特伦斯·迪尔提出的,包括五大内容:企业环境、企业价值观、英雄人物、典礼及仪式和文化网。企业文化包括三个层面,即物质文化、制度文化和精神文化,精神决定制度,制度决定物质。可见迪尔所说的内容涵盖了这三个层面。那么如何依照企业文化理论落地企业文化建设?我认为应从人、制度、故事、典礼及仪式等方面入手建设企业文化。
The corporate culture was proposed by Terence Deere, a 1981 American, and includes five major components: the corporate environment, corporate values, heroes, ceremonies and ceremonies and culture. Corporate culture includes three levels, namely, material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture, spiritual decision-making system, the system determines the material. Visible Deere said covering the three dimensions. So how to follow the corporate culture theory of landing corporate culture? I think we should start from the people, systems, stories, ceremonies and ceremonies and other aspects of building a corporate culture.
