鉴于水资源短缺、用水紧张、水资源不合理利用是我国水资源面临的严峻问题,基于水资源现状,合理、科学的水资源优化配置是实现水资源协调可持续发展的必要条件。以邯郸市为研究对象,采用改进人工鱼群算法,建立水资源优化配置模型,对邯郸市水资源进行合理分配。结果表明,在规划水平年2020年,25%、50%保证率下仅有武安县缺水,缺水率分别为4.8%、11.5%;在75%保证率下,涉县、武安县、永年县缺水,缺水率分别为1.8%、21.1%、10.8%;相比优化配置前,供需平衡矛盾有了明显改善,水资源优化配置较为合理;改进的人工鱼群算法较基本人工鱼群算法具有更强的可行性,为水资源优化配置提出一个新思路。

Before the optimal allocation, the contradiction between supply and demand balance has been significantly improved, and the optimal allocation of water resources is more reasonable.
