采用微波辐射技术合成了4种带有较强反应基团的7-二乙胺基类香豆素,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振等手段对产物的结构进行了表征。测试了4种化合物的吸收光谱和发射光谱,研究了不同溶剂对荧光性能的影响。结果表明,随着溶剂极性的增大所合成的化合物均表现为正溶剂化显色,且斯托克斯位移较大。
Four kinds of 7-diethylamino coumarin with strong reactive groups were synthesized by microwave irradiation. The structure of the product was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The absorption and emission spectra of four compounds were tested. The effects of different solvents on the fluorescence properties were studied. The results show that with the increase of the solvent polarity, the synthesized compounds all exhibit the positive solvatochromism, and the Stokes shift is larger.
