通过热重分析及红外光谱分析技术对PBO纤维表面涂层及含量进行了研究分析。通过单丝拔出实验研究了偶联剂浓度与单丝拔出强度的关系。结果表明 ,纤维表面涂层是由几种有机物组成的混合物 ;用偶联剂表面处理后 ,纤维单丝拔出强度得到了提高 ,其中用KH5 6 0处理后的强度要比经KH5 5 0 ,KH5 70 ,KH5 90处理的强度高 ,提高率最高可达 5 9%。
The surface coating and content of PBO fiber were studied by thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The relationship between the concentration of coupling agent and the pull-out strength of monofilament was studied by pulling out monofilament. The results showed that the fiber surface coating was a mixture of several organic compounds. After the surface treatment with coupling agent, the pull-out strength of the monofilament fiber increased. The strength of the fiber monofilament treated with KH5 6 0 was higher than that of KH5 50, KH5 70, KH5 90 treatment of high strength, the highest rate of up to 59%.
