用99mTCFDX淋巴管显像剂,对雄性F344大鼠睾丸进行显像观察与病理分析。F344大鼠尾静脉注射0.1ml显像剂,放射强度为18.5MBq,用单光子发射计算机断层仪(SPECT)分别观察不同时相睾丸显像情况。然后手术摘除大鼠睾丸,巨检取材作铁—苏木素染色和HE染色,与显像情况对比分析。结果发现有1例大鼠左侧睾丸呈阳性显像,病理学观察证实此睾丸有肿瘤,肿瘤类型为间质细胞瘤。铁—苏木素染色显示肿瘤细胞及早期增生间质细胞胞浆内有Reinke结晶。结果提示99mTCFDX具有活体诊断睾丸肿瘤的临床价值,铁—苏木素染色可用于睾丸间质细胞瘤肿瘤前期病变的早期诊断。
99mTCFDX lymphatic imaging agent was used to observe and analyze the pathological changes of testis in male F344 rats. F344 rat tail vein injection of 0.1ml imaging agent, radiation intensity 18.5MBq, single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) were observed at different phases of testicular imaging. Then the rats testis was excised surgically, and the samples were examined by iron-hematoxylin and HE staining. The results showed that 1 rat left testis was positive imaging, pathological observation confirmed that this testicular tumor, tumor type is stromal cell tumor. Iron-hematoxylin staining showed Reinke crystals in the cytoplasm of tumor cells and early proliferating stromal cells. The results suggest that99mTCFDX has the clinical value of in vivo diagnosis of testicular tumors, iron-hematoxylin staining can be used for the early diagnosis of pre-tumor lesions of testicular stromal tumor.
