研究了在铝合金表面激光直接标刻DM(Data Matrix)码的识读质量、标刻时间与激光标刻参数之间的关系,并重点分析了激光参数对DM码对比度的影响。结果显示,最优参数域并非简单地分布在一个连通的实邻域之内,而是分布在若干个连通实邻域的并集之中。给出了基于识读质量的激光参数的约束空间,并获取了以识读质量、标刻时间综合最优为目标的激光标刻工艺参数组合。同时分析了优化参数所标刻DM码模块的扫描电镜图和能谱数据,从微观上解释了最优激光参数的分布问题。
The relationship between the reading quality, the marking time and the laser marking parameters of the laser direct marking DM (Data Matrix) code on the aluminum alloy surface was studied. The effect of the laser parameters on the contrast of the DM code was analyzed. The results show that the optimal parameter domains are not simply distributed in a connected real neighborhood, but distributed in the union of several connected real neighborhoods. The constraint space of the laser parameters based on the reading quality is given, and the combination of laser marking process parameters with the goal of comprehensive quality optimization and marking time acquisition is obtained. At the same time, the scanning electron micrographs and the energy spectrum data of the DM code module with the optimized parameters are analyzed, and the optimal laser parameter distribution is explained microscopically.
