目的探索最优的适合本单位的工作方法和工作流程。方法根据病案室人员结构情况,调整工作岗位的设置,形成一套较为合适的、实施时间最长的岗位设置方案。结果工作效率提高,工作的方式、方法得到临床一线人员的肯定,提高了病案质量,增加了员工的满意感和归属感。结论科学的工作设置有助于促进人员与工作岗位的最佳匹配。
Objective To explore the best working methods and workflow for this unit. Methods According to the case structure of medical record room, adjust the setting of working post to form a set of more appropriate job placement program with the longest implementation time. Results Work efficiency, work methods, methods have been affirmed clinical front-line staff, improve the quality of medical records, increased employee satisfaction and sense of belonging. Conclusion Scientific work settings help to promote the best match between people and jobs.
