目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)及甲状腺激素水平与急性心肌梗死的相关性。方法选取急性心肌梗死患者60例作为观察组,另选取60例健康者作为对照组,分别检测2组血清Hcy、BNP及血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平并进行比较。结果观察组血清Hcy、BNP、FT3、FT4水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清TSH水平低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清BNP、Hcy及FT3、FT4同时异常升高可作为急性心肌梗死病情判断的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), thyroid hormone and acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as the observation group and 60 healthy controls as the control group. Serum levels of Hcy and BNP, FT3, FT4, Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels were compared and compared. Results The levels of Hcy, BNP, FT3 and FT4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The level of serum TSH in observation group was lower than that in control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Serum BNP, Hcy and FT3, FT4 at the same time abnormal increase can be used as an important indicator of acute myocardial infarction.
