苯丙烯酸类化合物是众所周知的植物生长调节剂。近年来,大量的研究发现这类化合物具有极为广泛的药理活性,其中一些已在临床治疗学上得以应用,这是一类值得注意的化合物。本文综述苯丙烯酸类化合物的药理作用,作用机理以及国内外研究近况。一、对血液和造血系统的影响在苯丙烯酸类化合物药理研究中,这是一个活跃的研究领域,已发现其止血作用,升白抗放作用以及对血小板系统的影响。
The phenyl acrylics are well-known plant growth regulators. In recent years, a large number of studies have found that these compounds have a very wide range of pharmacological activities, some of which have been applied in clinical therapeutics. This is a notable class of compounds. This review summarizes the pharmacological effects of phenyl acrylics, their mechanism of action and the recent progress in research at home and abroad. 1. Effects on the Blood and the Hematopoietic System This is an active area of research in the pharmacological studies of phenyl acrylics. It has been found to have a hemostatic effect, an antileukogenic effect, and an effect on the platelet system.
