高技能人才队伍作为我国三支人才队伍之一在社会经济建设中发挥着重要作用,相较于发达国家中高技能人才所占比例,我国高技能人才保有量十分匮乏,如何高质高效地促进技能人才有效开发并达到高技能人才水平成了国家层面的重要战略问题。本文基于问卷调查及访谈调查,对培训在技能人才开发中的应用现状及有效性进行了梳理,重点总结讨论了现有培训模式所存在的问题,最终提出了“文化、队伍、体系”三位一体的培训模式改进思路。
