我厂的CO和CO_2微量分析已基本实现了红外化,现使用了FQ型、SB_2型、EIA-Ⅰ型等微量红外分析器共七套。由于红外分析器精度高、反应快,倘若微量超指示,红外分析器可比电导式微量分析器快4~5分钟以上,这对于防止氨合成塔触媒的慢性中毒,延长触媒的使用寿命,无疑能起到积极的作用。现将SB_2型红外线分析器二年多来的使用及改进情况介绍如下,希各兄弟单位提出宝贵意见。
