培养液体菌种的摇床间,需要较准确的室温,但一般窗式空调机控温精度较差,误差达2～3℃,影响了实验的准确性。要在不改动空调机的情况下使室温稳定在±0.5℃范围,可采取如下方法:找一台电子继电器(如7501型),一支0～50℃电接点水银温度计(如WXG型),一个和空调机相配的插座,安装在一块电插板上,并接好线。因为空调机停机2分钟后方可再开机,所以为使电接点水银温度计不过于太灵敏,应在其感温部分套上一根2厘米长的输血用的乳胶管。
