本文介绍了国内产品标准对光降解塑料力学性能的要求,并运用实验室氙弧灯光源暴露试验方法对添加不同配比降解母料的聚乙烯塑料袋进行降解试验,研究了降解前后力学性能的变化。结果发现,随降解母料添加量的增加,降解前后拉伸强度、断裂伸长率均降低。降解母料添加量为60%时,光降解后断裂伸长率保留率能达到标准规定的要求,同时能保证具有良好的使用性能。
In this paper, the requirements of domestic product standards for the mechanical properties of photodegradable plastics were introduced. The degradation experiments of polyethylene plastic bags with different proportions of degradable masterbatches were carried out by using laboratory xenon arc lamp light source exposure test. The mechanical properties before and after degradation Variety. The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break before and after degradation decreased with the increase of degradation master batch. When the amount of degradation masterbatch is 60%, the retention of elongation at break after photodegradation can meet the standard requirements while ensuring good performance.
