近些年来对团队有效性的研究中,注重变革型领导对团队有效性的影响是研究的主要的热点之一,从大量研究结果可以看出在对提高团队有效性方面,变革型领导也起着至关重要的作用。本文根据变革型领导与团队有效性建立的结构方程模型之间的关系研究基础上,引入团队氛围这一中介变量,探究此变量在变革型领导过程中如何影响团队有效性。变革型领导的四个维度不仅对团队有效性有直接的影响,而且可以通过影响团队氛围的三个维度间接作用于团队有效性。
In recent years, the study of team effectiveness, focusing on the impact of transformational leadership on the effectiveness of the team is one of the major research hot spots, from a large number of research results can be seen in improving the effectiveness of the team, the transformational leadership also played The crucial role. Based on the research on the relationship between the transformational leadership and the structural equation model established by the effectiveness of the team, this paper introduces the mediating variable of team atmosphere and explores how this variable affects team effectiveness in the process of transformational leadership. The four dimensions of transformational leadership not only have a direct impact on the effectiveness of the team, but also act indirectly on team effectiveness through the three dimensions that influence the team’s climate.
