研究了不同的粒度组成大冶铁精矿对生球质量与成品球团抗压强度的影响.研究表明:随着粒度组成的细粒级部分的增多,生球落下强度呈上升趋势,生球爆裂温度呈下降趋势.从生球的质量来看,适合造球的精矿其-0.045mm(-325目)部分控制在60%~80%,或-0.074mm(-200目)粒级控制在85%~95%为宜.此时,成品球团抗压强度均大于2500N/个.
The effects of different particle size compositions of Daye iron ore concentrate on green ball quality and the compressive strength of finished pellets were studied.The results show that the falling strength of green pellets increases with the increase of fine fraction of the particle size, The burst temperature showed a downward trend.From the quality of pellets, the pellets suitable for pelletizing had -0.045mm (-325 mesh) part controlled at 60% ~ 80%, or -0.074mm (-200 mesh) In 85% ~ 95% is appropriate at this time, finished pellets compressive strength are greater than 2500N / a.
