改革开放以来,我国实现了从旅游短缺型国家到旅游大国的历史性跨越。随着我国经济的不断发展,旅游业的发展范围也不断扩大,旅游业在“十二五”期间全面融入国家发展战略体系,成为我国国民经济的战略性支柱产业。现阶段的十三五规划对旅游业的发展提出了更高的要求,随着全面建成小康社会的推进,我国的旅游业将迎来旅游业的黄金发展时期,在此背景下,对旅游人才的需求增多,为了促进我国社会经济的快速发展,高校旅游专业也加大了旅游管理专业创新性人才的培养,但是,在人才培养过程中存在很多问题,严重影响旅游管理专业人才培养。培养创新性人才是促进旅游业不断发展的关键,目前,传统的教学模式已经很难适应现阶段市场的需求为培养高素质人才,我国已经建立了新型的人才培养模式,但是还存在一些问题需要解决。
